This was a very nice item. I worked with the seller on another order through her TikTok live that I never received. She said she was going to send a replacement but never did. I went to the post office to try to see if the package could be located with no success. She told me for a second time she would send a replacement and did not. She tried to blame it on the Thanksgiving holiday. I paid for the items November 14, it shipped November 16 and was supposed to arrive November 19. I had an order from her that shipped on the 19th and I received it on November 26th before the holiday. I waited until December 16, still no package. So I disputed the charges because she did not send a replacement or refund me She sent me a message upset and said she was blocking me because I disputed.
